the reality is most of these mega deals won’t go thru - so if u r ready for this type of work, u will be rewarded accordingly with comp and experience

Was mostly referring to the the founders of these firms losing client relationship momentum after being 10+ years out from a full service platform, the lack of mentorship and career development for mid-levels who can replenish the pipeline, and the key-man risk that is inevitable.
