False precision on mundane things is one thing that comes to mind. For instance, instinctually modeling out a specific operating cost line item with multiple variables involved that ends up being like 4% of total opex and could easily be done by looking at historicals and projecting out with inflation to get the same answer lol.

There are many habits that this industry creates that I think aren't great. Some of these are more mindsets, but I think it applies.
