What daily habits do you do that have helped in your career - IB specifically?

Of course reading the market news is indispensable in business, but I'm curious to know what other things you do as a daily habit that have served you well in some aspect, particularly pertaining to IB (perhaps practicing mental math daily, reading instructional books, a morning/night routine, etc).

The first thing I do every morning is put on the WSJ, Bloomberg, NPR, and Economist Podcasts. I shower, cook, change, and commute listening to them. If I have more time, I read the newsletters and morning emails they also send out. I do the same when I work out or when I am working to always keep up to date.

My Brother. My Captain. My King.

Morning ritual(s), regardless of prior night's craziness. Finding time for a workout, reading, making yourself breakfast and a cup of coffee.

I like to pretend I have some semblance of control over my life; at least during the early morning hours.
