What do you normally do in slow periods?

Curious to hear what you guys typically do during slower periods / slowdowns. Have had a few slower weeks post closing some deals / heading into holidays and have enjoyed doing hobbies I neglected over the last few months.

Happy early Thanksgiving

It is never slow in my group. If we are not busy (80+ hours) then work will be manufactured for us.

Bit nerdy but I’d fix common backups or made a custom VBA add in to format faster. Wouldn’t stay late but figured a little bit of time earlier on pay off in the long run.

Lol, is true

top bucket both years and learned a ton tho, would say it was worth it. Even the weird excel tricks I learned are still surprisingly useful

I mostly act busy so my staffer / MD don’t swamp me with 100 pitches
