What happened to Wall St.?

Anyone else feel like this industry is taking a turn for the worse? I remember back in my day when my biggest worry was to get a baggie to go hit the slopes in the bathroom with my boys. But now, I am scared of calling a DEI, first gen, multi racial, lgbt, trans, summer analyst, the wrong pronouns and potentially losing my job. Are other industries like this, or is it mainly finance since it’s a historically male dominated industry?

Have had that almost happen to me (shudder). I just started pretending they didn't exist. Given their work product, or lack thereof, I think it's fitting.
