Largest quotas / streams are reserved for gender based diversity with white women being prime beneficiaries. Unfortunately, they are still ongoing.

Agree with you and these quotas empower them financially and politically. If you want to eliminate this disease called diversity, you need to focus on gender diversity. Go look at internal data, 90%+ diversity programs / hires / promotions are geared towards gender (women).

These programs will be the last to die, if they die at all (I highly doubt it), and once these become threatened, the "TERFs" / women who have turned conservative will immediately whip back to being liberals.

They only went conservative in the first place because liberalism was going so far to the left their own rights were beginning to get infringed upon (records being beaten in sports by trans athletes, spots being made for "others" beyond women).

It truly was an incredible run for white girls though. They got to feel good cheering on diversity causes pretending it was for someone else, getting the empathy rub, while reaping almost all of the benefits and facing none of the backlash / blame.

I'd assume a lot of them haven't dropped yet. MS dropped Today, and last year citi dropped later. Its likely to be with less fanfare but these programs will continue to exist just without the press. PWP and a few others likely will drop later

I did a superday for a BB for wealth management and applied regularly and then at a coaching call noticed that out of the like 12 students that were there, 10 of us were girls (including me) and 2 of the other guys where latino I think. mind you I didn't apply to one of these programs and it seemed I was automatically placed in there. The role was also not in the big city office it claimed.

Remember the time when that boss babe (celebrated military girlie) ignored her instructions and crashed that chopper, with one of the most advanced night-time navigation capabilities, into an airliner minutes before the landing. That is peak DEI. Several people dead and still here we are putting up with incompetent white Beckies in corporates.

Most of you tools don’t get it. Most DEI is implicit. Everytime we need to make hiring and promotion decisions, we are forced to give 50% seats to women regardless of their competency. Unless you go after these quotas, nothing will change.

Unless you think that female competencies (including IQ, teamwork ability, work ethic) are distributed differently than in men, giving 50% of seats to women should make perfect mathematical sense.

The talent pool for IB is non-genius students at top colleges (I say non genius became it may be true that there are more men at the far right end of the IQ curve, but that isn't relevant for IB, maybe for quant). Women graduate college at disproportionately higher levels, including at 7/8 ivy leagues. Women also have a more difficult time getting in, meaning proportionately their test scores are likely higher than men at the same school.

All of this to say, the talent pool of women is arguably stronger. If banks want to have the best people, it makes perfect sense to try to reduce arbitrary gender imbalance that was just due to a vestigal "boys club" mentality from when women were prohibited from working in jobs other than secretary.

Absolutely not. You can’t have 3 women competing for 2 VP spots while 8 men fight off for similar spots. On merit alone, mostly these 3 women are mid-to-bottom bucket and usually only 1 is marginally promotable. However, with our DEI obsessed MDs (losers) we end up promoting most of them as along as they stick around and our team productivity suffers. When you bring up their lack of competency and commitment in front MDs, they will parrot the criminal line “educate and advocate” as if the corporation and shareholders owe these women a fat check for their existence and willingness to be employed.

Several times HR has forced us to reduce the intensity of process ie easier technicals, ignore flimsy answers to hire women. During performance evaluations we have been told to ignore their work ethic issues. Several times we have to double staff their files to pick the slack and/or ensure their work load is 30% lower than male peers. We just don’t tell this to them but its obvious. If women talent pool is this strong combined with a gender pay gap, why wouldn’t banks hire all females? Even female senior officers dislike female juniors due to their tantrums and poor work ethic. Old generation of white men have just made it convenient for you to freeload in corporates while hiding behind DEI quotas.

Fabricating as usual. Trump isn’t anti-immigrant, he is anti illegals. He along with most top republicans is against handouts to women which have been ongoing for far too long and have destabilized the socio-economic paradigm. He wants to prioritize young men who tend to fuel both military and economy

These DEI Beckies are noobs, these tools can’t even fly a chopper in a straight line, and regional jet with correct orientation despite having best navigation systems onboard. We can’t put them in any important roles related to finances or military.

Look at all of these mfs with skill issues in the comments afraid of a little European immigrant with an IQ above 100.

Magas are extremely happy because now the IQ bar is below 80 to get entry to an IB job.

Come throw monkey shits at me you red bitches

Literally every period of human history, and even American history, would disagree with you.

lol

Is it a hot to take to think that both MAGA enthusiasts and DEI candidates are RTRDED?

Then who is not retarded? Just you? Isn't that exactly what a retard would think?
