What if OCR team finds out that two candidates don't go along?

Curious if anyone has met a situation like this before. What happens when the OCR team finds out/knows that two very qualified candidates actually don't go along with each other (ex: campus leadership contest, or just pure dislike towards each other). If they find out prior to giving offers it would be better, but what if they find out during the internship / briefly prior to the start of internship? Especially some groups regularly recruit from a particular school (ex: Wharton -> PJT RSSG) the situation could become even more awkward.
