I’m 22 lol. Family already has a nice beach house so i just got build up a solid nest egg. Hopefully by the time I’m 35 I’ll have some bread saved up and a hot wife to go with me. What’s your dream exit?

I've had mixed opinions of working in corporate America. Getting frustrated with the current job market as a recent post MBA grad. I come from an extended family where probably ~30% of my relatives eventually did their own thing. Some have done very well financially and others have been able to live a comfortable middle class life. I'm okay with either outcome.

In term of financing, I blew through a lot of money during my MBA. The current inflationary market is making me cautious. Once rates goes down and I get a windfall from a real estate asset I'm trying to sell, I may seriously consider entrepreneurship via a small business acquisition.
