What is the most mentally stimulating job in Finance?

Read a post here that talked about how the prestige of IB disguises the fact that it isn't as mentally stimulating as some other Finance jobs. Was curios as to what everyone thinks is the most stimulating?

Anything can get boring over time. Investing in my opinion is the most interesting. What you'll find is there are many different forms of that. No one version is the best.

Money can purchase freedom, if you have the guts to buy it

worked in actuary previously and altho pensions and life insurance might not sound the most entertaining

the highly sophisticated stats and numbers involved with building models to see how long folk are going to be living in order to price life insurance products is very interesting

And the investing side of those places is super interesting too (as well as difficult due to the current monetary environment).
