What makes each elite boutique unique?

With 2021 SA recruiting approaching, I would love to hear the community's thoughts and experiences on what makes these EBs (e.g. RTH, EVR, LAZ, PJT & MOE) in particular unique, Europe-focused. I'm interested in a holistic discussion based on past experiences and hearsay.

Thank you!

Mainly offerings, people and culture. CVP treats you well enough to encourage people to become lifetime bankers, PJT has an outstanding RX practice, EVR has some really nice people and laid back vibes (I mainly know for London) whilst MOE and LAZ will teach you a lot and you'll gain superb technical skills but they'll grind you to the bone. Not sure about what makes RTH unique - probably that they're very strong in EU? Anyone working there can weigh in more here.
