Didn’t receive a return offer due to fit with the team/ seniors in my team. Trying to see how to go about full time recruiting.

Following. Shit deal flow in BB group and was one of the unfortunate ones to be cut. Surprised there's been relatively little posts with people talking about no offers.
I mean, would you really wanna go out of your way to post about not getting a return? In all seriousness, I feel like you're in a boat with many others OP. Just keep grinding my man, especially now since you have the background, take advantage and start polishing that resume, practicing relevant skills, interviews, etc. Wishing you the best of luck!
