WHAT TO DO?! PLZ HELP.
Accepted an offer for a BB Sophmore gig back in August but never withdrew my application from GS and just got a super-day. Should I still do the super day? If I get the offer is there any way I can defer it to summer 2022?
You should cancel the superday with GS. IB is a very small community and people at BBs know each other. I wouldn't risk it especially since you are a sophomore already with a BB guaranteed. Too much to lose if you go forward with GS and your other bank finds out somehow.
If it's a BB I would say to cancel the GS superday. If you have a BB internship on your resume I'm sure you can get a GS super day again next year as you already got one without a BB on your resume.
Gun for GS, win the offer, accept it and crank two internships in one summer since 2022 SA will be hyper competitive.
