What to do with "optional" return to office offers to incoming SAs
Some firms have decided to just blanket return SAs to the office. Some firms chose to already put all SAs online. I've heard of a couple of firms that have given SAs the option of going virtual or come into the office. What are the pros and cons here for those kids in the last category? Doesn't really seem like much of a choice.

Banks offering in-person opportunity let people the choice to do it in office or from home
The kids that choose to be in person will be ones that get the return offers. Mark my words. Do with this what you will.
