They've had some turnover at the senior levels. The group's strength has also historically relied on some key repeat large-cap accounts (Pernod Ricard, Altria, Estee Lauder, Royal Caribbean and other cruise lines, and so on), with most of the deal flow not associated with those accounts being closer to the middle market. When those key accounts are less active on the M&A side, it also reflects in their deal flow.
