Heard there have been 2 that quit w/o jobs lined up, absolute sweatshop shitshow…

They’re known as a “nicer” bank but the new staffer is erratic - I heard they sent an analyst to the hospital from exhaustion

Scary stuff…

I think this is overall RBC problem now, they have issues on their PU&I team, Calgary team.

I assume this is the Property Brokerage team? Or is it the same for the Capital Markets team?

Wow shocker, RBC nice isn't a thing. It's all a marketing ploy a bunch of RBC analysts and WSO people brought and continue to propagate. Know other groups like RBC PU&I and M&A are also sweatshops... then again those groups are the top groups at RBC and at least give you a shot at UMM exits while RBC RE isn't a top tier group.

Tbh real estate in general is just toxic. Haven’t met someone who hasn’t had a toxic experience in real estate groups. Just think about it; most real estate agents are assholes, but they’re dumb. Give them a brain and they’re RE investment bankers so they’re not only assholes but they’re smart and psychopathic. The end.
