Pure hours IB is worse in most situations. Can’t speak on anything other than that.
Depends on your residency, have family who have done pretty brutal ones (ortho/neuro) and are basically in the hospital / on call all day everyday for years on end and high stress work during that entire time vs banking where you might have blocks waiting for comments and whatnot
Never met a doctor who had to fix a patient 15 times just to revert to the first revision because a more senior doctor thought he had a good idea
