Career Resources
There is not a "best" bulge bracket bank. There are some generally accepted rankings, but those are useful only when you have an offer in hand and are still very dependent on the team/industry you get placed in at the bank. Culture-wise the answer is similar: it's team dependent.
If you want to do this job, I would suggest you apply to as many banks as possible while maintaining a good quality for your applications. After you go through recruiting you can worry about which offer you should take. If you are just curious, there are some figures in WSO's reports that give you a rough idea
