Monkeys, What's worse: 1) Cranking out a pitch book for a deal that will never happen, and / or, the MD is just taking the meeting to be somewhere nice for the weekend 2) Adding 'opportunities' to a book so that the MD isn't walking in with just one idea to pitch 3) Grinding out a teaser, IM, model, VDR and management presentation for a deal that has c. >1% chance of getting a compliant bid above the minimum threshold 4) What do you want to complain about?
