When to lateral as a first year ?
I know that the standard answer is to wait a year before moving firms but will this year be different? Will all the turnover this year do you think I could lateral after a few months (after training is over)?

Will firms be interested in someone so green or will they want a deal or two of experience?
I don’t really see why a firm would want you with zero experience unless they were looking for fresh grad laterals.
