When you put someone's name as a referral on the Bank of America app, what does that do?
I guess this question applies to any bank, but in case Bank of America is special about this in any way, I'm asking about them specifically.
A couple of people there in the group I am most interested in said that I could put their name. What does that actually do? Will HR reach out to them and ask them about me?
