When’s the right time to start dating after a relationship?

Dated my ex-girlfriend for two years and it completely drained me emotionally, I ended things at the end of February. Since breaking up with her, I’ve had a few hookups and one situationship and the girl is a freshman and wanted to date me.
I didn’t really want to rush into a relationship especially with a freshman that I only intended on casually seeing. But there is one girl that I graduated, I saw her at a club a month ago and spoke to her for a few hours, great personality and absolutely gorgeous, she’s a 10 in every sense and I’d love to date her. But now I wonder if I’m rushing into things after being in a toxic relationship.

Now working in banking for the past few months, I haven’t really had the time to start hooking up/dating again. For anyone that was in a semi long term relationship, how long did you wait before getting into another?
