Laid off from a top BB (coverage) in January as a (just completed first yr) second year Asso. Still looking. Corp dev roles moves slowly (and reluctantly), tech recruiters keep making useless introductions to companies that just wants to "keep information on file" and IB is dead quiet except a few very selective opportunities but yet wants all the M&A experience in the world. Apologies if I sound frustrated but I am - nothings been working and am losing quite a bit of steam, motivation and hope.
