Where to Look? No IB SA Offers - Wanted IB Reps/Workload

Currently a junior (3.96 GPA) at a non-target (although the program I'm in places very well into IB, mainly Houston O&G) and the title sums up my situation.

I eventually want to exit into REPE or RE private debt, but really wanted to get a few years worth of the reps that IB guys are able to get. Now that most IB SA recruiting is done, what is my next best avenue?

I'm bummed not to get a SA offer after making it to final interviews for several jobs I really wanted. But a few years ago I was dead-broke and shoveling asphalt on a road construction crew, so things aren't that bad.

Anything that is relevant with transferable job skills. I'm looking at regional boutiques right now and focusing on the networking aspect of things. Good luck
