Who decides which SAs receive FT offers?

Post is pretty self-explanatory, but at a BB, who decided which SAs get return offers?

Is it up to the analysts, associates or higher? Just trying to get a sense of who to focus on with relationship-building this summer (especially with the online format). Thanks!

Everyone is involved (from analyst to MD). The most influential is your direct manager who will essentially make the decision (given there is a spot allocated from HR)- then the only real "veto" would be from an MD who is above the direct manager (this usually doesn't happen unless you really piss him/her off).

Focus on the direct manager, and analysts/associates the most. Then I would say make sure you get facetime with MDs and VPs to make sure they know your name.
