Geniuses like Edison, philosophers like Voltaire, artists like Leonardo Da Vinci and founders/CEOs average 4 hours of sleep per night and wake up ready for work. So why complain when you sleep only 4 hours in investment banking?
because im not getting paid like a CEO or doing something as important as a famous scientist
im just turning stupid formatting comments for meetings where the deck isnt even shared for clients we have no business trying to land

Most of those visionaries actually enjoy what they do or at the very least are interested in their work. The vast majority of people working in IB are a few PowerPoint edits away from jumping out the window.
