Will bad things happen to me?

Am a first-year analyst at a BB in a smaller regional office/city that is very far from where I live and a place where I've never been before. Because of the isolation (from my friends and family) in addition to the fact that I don't find banking very interesting, I feel that some of the VPs / MDs on my team may feel that I'm not that interested in my job as I'm not that excited / happy in my role. I get pretty good feedback from my manager regarding my performance and eagerness to learn / help out, and I put in the time and effort to help my team as much as possible and get stuff done but just wondering if senior bankers' perception of my slight disinterest in the job will lead to bad things to come even if I perform decently?

Would greatly appreciate any perspectives / thoughts on this.
