Will omicron affect M&A dealflow
Will there be another halt of activity similar to early 2020 when everything was done. How will activity and hours look like for m&A and capital markets RX groups if people are shutting down again

I would be more worried about the ligma variant. It evades the vaccines and has a higher transmissibility and mortality than the original strain

Omni is a fraud but it delayed one of my deals until after the new year so that’s phenomenal
Would love if it slowed m&a activity for 1H22. I have all the deal experience i need at this point and would rather just chill.
Will the incoming SA class get return offers cut if it slows?
I doubt it - banks still need to replace analysts who leave, and the market is cyclical anyway, so things will pick up again assuming they slow for a bit.
