Will this have a negative effect on my upcoming sa internship?

You're good bro.. no one will care.
Alright, thanks!
It’s never a good idea to round up your GPA to 4.0, ever. Whoever advised you to do that is not the sharpest tool in the shed...
Do you think I should be worried going forward in the employment process?
~3.95 =/= 3.95. Do you have above a 3.95 or below? As rounding a 3.945 to a 4.0 would be much worse. Either way, my philosophy is that if I think there can be negative consequences from an action I took, it is better to own up (other than murder). If you have a trusted close connection at the bank you can ask their opinion (always a risk).
If it IS an issue 1) They will find out, and there could be a consequence 2) Letting them find out themselves, versus you reaching out to clear up the issue, may change the perspective on how they view you (do you take responsibility or lie and hope no one catches you)
If it ISN'T an issue: 1) Reaching out right away will confirm you are fine and all stress is gone and you don't have crippling anxiety for x weeks.
The wrong reported late payment being disputed sounds like it currently isn't owed as no bill was sent, nor would I worry on that front. If it is still owed, maybe pay and get the money back after the dispute resolves that you were wrongly charged.
P.S. Don't act on my advice, but if you do and it solves all issues feel free to venmo me a couple grand.
You were right. I let them know and they said it was fine.
Looks like I owe you that grand, lol.
