Will you still get interview invites even after accepting an offer?
This is probably a stupid question but was wondering if candidates who have already accepted an offer will still get interview invites from other similar banks (for example, will someone who accepted an offer from EB get interview invites from other EBs?). Essentially do banks circulate a list of names of candidates, who have already signed, to their peer banks?
I don’t think they do. But please, if you are happy with an offer, just take it and stop recruiting for other firms.
No, there is no master list of applicants that all banks have access to. This isn’t the NFL draft. They’ll only know if you withdraw your application or ask to be removed from consideration. I agree, if you’ve accepted a role, move on.
