Has anyone heard anything recently of WB’s culture? I've heard there has been improvements since the last few years or so.Also, I heard they raised 1st year analyst salary to 90k.Just wanted to also ask about their credibility within the MM and compared to other banks? Also exit opportunities as well! Anything is helpful!

Still not a good place to work, should avoid if at all possible. Their rep/culture has definitely not improved meaningfully - not sure where you’re getting that from.

You have a previous post mentioning accepting an offer at a “top MM”. You’re now inquiring about BGL’s potential salary increases. FWIW, BGL is not MM as they do most deals less than $100mm EV.
Would be more inclined to work in retail banking at WF (or unpaid position at Tobin) than as an analyst at BGL.
