Got an offer at both firms. William Blair will be in Chicago and Piper Sandler in MN. Not sure which to take? Any insights/advice?

Would agree. But I’ve heard bad things about William Blair in terms of WLB and inconsistent bonuses. I know at Piper I’d get a predictable bonus and WLB
