William Blair or Rothschild (US)

Thoughts on the main differences here with respect to both their Chicago offices. I know Blair's HQ is in Chicago but curious as to the other differences here with respect to overall rank/reputation, culture, comp, perks, WLB, etc.

If they’re both in Chicago I’d probably go with Blair — Chi is Blair’s bread and butter and they do a lot of strong deals out of there, whereas I didn’t even know Roths was in Chicago. Both have great culture from what I can tell, personally I vibed with Rothschild really strongly but I can’t speak on any non NYC offices. Comp for Blair is also surprisingly high, whereas Roths is around street.
