William Blair SD
Hello all, first post here. Going into superday w WB healthcare group this week for full time, wondering if yall might have any thoughts on how to best prepare. Generally hearing paper LBO prep and a more fit/behavioral process but not really seeing much beyond that from my search. First round was straightforward, basic behaviorals into a couple LBO related questions and a super basic paper LBO, wondering if its more of the same or if i need to call in sick from classes this week. Thanks yall.
Hey when did you hear about your SD? I had a first round with HC last Wednesday and haven’t heard anything back.
I had mine last thursday and heard back same day. There were only two times for the superday (this thursday and friday) and they had a 24 hr cutoff to register for one.
Got it, and is it for general HC in Chicago? Or a particular sub-sector/ other location?
HC Chicago yeah, no sub sector stuff. Ik they have a pretty segmented HC group but nothing ab it from an interviewing standpoint yet
Gotcha, well looks like i’m cooked then. I also heard SD was pretty Paper LBO heavy from my interviewer on Wednesday, so hopefully that helps. Good luck on it
thanks man. good luck with your search
How much more in-depth will the paper LBO and other technicals be compared to R1? they were pretty simple for R1
Any insight into Supply Chain current stage?
No clue. Im hearing their IB stuff is wrapped this week w offers sent out, wouldnt be surprised if supply chain was the same but i wouldnt know
Has anyone heard back from this week’s SD?
There are still two more times this week, probably not going to hear until friday if i had to guess but i wouldnt know
Anyone still waiting to hear about first rounds?
Anyone hear back from ECM SD on Friday
Secondary Advisory superdays are out for next week

Paper LBO was way more in depth, weren’t too many technicals beyond that
So I would assume given top line + assumptions and then you just run through the basics (COGS, OpEx, Taxes, Interest, debt repayment), end up with NI + D&A-CapEx-Change in WC and ultimately cash flows, and go from there for any questions on growth, etc.?
