Winter IB Internships at BB?
On Linkedin, I see a lot of people--even outside of the schools like Dartmouth where you can take an off term during the school year--who have internships at BB like BAML and MS and I was just wondering how they do that? It seems like they only intern from Dec-Jan, during winter break.
Is this simply through networking and just asking people (after building up a relationship of course) if there are any possibilities for these type of opportunities?
I can't seem to find any of this type of stuff on the official websites so if I want to go about doing so, how would one do it?
also, i mean for US internships--i know that international places often have off-cycle internships
