Wondering if juniors get deal toys?
Do junior bankers (interns/analysts) get deal toys or is it just senior bankers? Also, "non-BB" banks e.g. middle market / boutique get them as well or is it not a thing?

Really bank specific. The BB I work at for example has a USD100 budget per deal team member to spend on deal toys
