Wondering if juniors get deal toys?
Do junior bankers (interns/analysts) get deal toys or is it just senior bankers? Also, "non-BB" banks e.g. middle market / boutique get them as well or is it not a thing?

I've never heard of interns getting deal toys. Junior bankers yeah, depends on the firm and what the established norm is.
