Work and Family

Hey guys. I'm looking at possibly attending Vanderbilt's MSF program next year, after which I plan to go into IB. There is one issue though, I am a married 24 year old with a baby due in December. What kind of IB job would you recommend for someone in my situation? How do you guys with families make work and family coexist? The 3 markets I would be looking to join would be Detroit (wife and I have family in the area), Chicago, and New York.

I understand this hypothetical situation is dependent on multiple variables, but I am a confident person.
