Working at a venture backed company after IB
I was wondering if any one had input on working at a vc backed firm (between 100 and 300 EV) after ib as the COO's top guy or something like that? Any info on lifestyle, potential equity stake, compensation, day to day, potential moves after that would all be greatly appreciated? If this has already been discussed please post the link and I apologize.
