Working out as a first year analyst?
Whenever I stop working out I start gaining weight. I've started to track my calorie in-take as a way to counter that but just wanted to get some insight - is it possible to workout 30 minutes a day as a full-time first year analyst? Or at least for most of the year barring closing of deals?
Mainly just want to alternate days of heavy cardio/full-body lifting.And for those who don't have a gym in office, are you able to find time to step away for 30 minute workouts?
