As title says, I'm currently in VHCOL and received an offer for an IB analyst role at a MM Boutique with great deal flow. The pay is slightly below street pay ($90K base). I'm currently at in FDD/Deal Advisory with close to a one year of experience and make around $80K. Is it worth it to negotiate salary, take the offer, or the alternative, wait until the summer where more lateral analyst positions open up. Thanks!
