Worth Reaching Out to HH from Regional Boutique?
Currently at a small boutique in T2 city, is it worth reaching out to HH? Went to Semitarget for reference.

Reaching out for what? PE recruiting or lateral move?
Both lol, have heard to wait to network for lateraling (not sure if true) but what about HH?
Idk, how long have you been on the desk? PE on cycle is likely going to be very difficult, probably have better luck waiting a bit and trying to connect with some MM/LMM firms. For lateralling I have heard a wide range of stories, had a buddy who lateralled from regional boutique to solid MM firm through headhunter, have had some friends who have said it's better to just network and build connections first. Also, likely not a good look to start recruiting if you just hit the desk, if so, I would say wait for EOY, get some deal experience (and hopefully a rate cut) and try to jump on the lateral train that often happens that time of year.
