No painkillers or Protection allowed or else automatically fired ( drug test every day). The person kicks as hard as they can every kick and does not get tired

theres some dude that got trained to take massive kicks to the balls and is in a guinness book of records. I can't think of a name, but you can find a video of him getting racked so badly, his feet lifted off the ground.
