Writing skills
What are some of the writing tasks that a summer intern/first year analyst will endure? Does the job primarily focus on using excel, or does it include lots of writing on companies/transactions?
As an SA I mostly to use my writing skills when I had to draft or edit CIM / MP slides other than email. I did a spring internship at a place that still wrote confidential information memos (not powerpoints) and that took a lot of writing skills but I think actual memos are rare nowadays
