2021 Non-diversity Sophomore Programs in the US, Hong Kong, and Singapore

Hey monkeys. Asian rising sophomore here at a semi-target. I'm looking for opportunities for next summer. Does anyone know which BB's or EB's offer non-diversity pipeline sophomore SA programs in the US, HK, or Singapore? (to my knowledge, the only ones are GS, BofA, and Citi, correct me if I'm wrong)

For HK and SG, does networking work the same way there as it does here in the US? if there's anything who has been thru the recruiting process in HK or SG plz give some insights.

(P.S. I do speak chinese fluently, but I can only speak mandarin)

I can only speak for HK recruiting but in general there isn't too many diversity program although some banks like CS has some fast tracked event that can give you a first round interview by attending the event/program, I would say for HK they care a lot about the school you go to so if you're from a semi-target from the US you might get some interview invites across BB just by applying, but if you network especially with ED/MD that will definitely push you further than first round.
