3.4 GPA From Semi-Target, What are my Chances?

Hey all, I'm a rising junior at a semi-target (think Vandy, UVA, ND, WashU) and just switched my major from accounting to finance. Went through recruiting for Big 4 and got offers but decided IB would be a better pursuit. 3.4 GPA, excellent ACT/SAT scores if that matters, solid market research-related on-campus internship during school year. This summer I'm doing an accounting internship because I thought I wanted to do accounting. I'm also getting a financial modeling certification so I'll know my technicals. Trying to get into the best bank I can. Do I have a chance at IB summer analyst positions and if so, what tier of banks? I'll also be applying to CF internships in case IB doesn't work out.
