It is fine, even encouraged, especially if you are not paid. In fact, for international students, it is required as part of CPT, so I doubt the firm would look down on it. They just have to sign a dotted line and that's that. I would think firms encourage that, in fact.

i did an internship last year, paid; but, didn't do for credit like an idiot (was to late to get credit). Am doing one this year, if they school senate Oks it or something considering it's at a BB they most def will..I hope

Any one else have one get rejected by there school for credit?

 

I am in the process of getting mine approved for credit. However, I am having second thoughts because I will have to write a 20 page research paper. Should I just suck it up and do it?
