ADVICE and TIPS FOR STUDENTS

Hi, everyone! I've been reading this forum for almost a year and I'm looking for info on this topic. As I haven't found that much I decided to post a discussion for the first time.

Quick summary for you all: I've been admitted to one of the TOP Undergrad Universities for investment banking recruiting in Spain (with a 75% of tuition scholarship as my grades until now are around 3.9 and coming from a mid-low income family) and this September I'll start my dual degree in BA (finance) and Business Analytics. Some of the ideas I've thought to be great to do through my 5 year classes are: going to the Debate Club, learning a third language (French) as I'm native Spanish with a pretty decent level of English (I expect to finish my degree with a proficiency level), going to the investment club of my uni, getting the CFA and a course of finance from the LSE (as I found them to be popular in Europe and will probably give me more knowledge), and doing volunteering, as well as an exchange programe with some of the unis that have an agreement with mine (such as Wharton or other top Canadian or Asian business schools).

Anyways, these are just ideas and I don't know if I'll do them all, as I also want to have some fun and live the university experience.

I would like you to please give me some of the ADVICE you would give to a new student who wants to follow the path to investment banking  as well as advising on some of the MISTAKES you've done.

(Sorry again if this subject is already posted and if I have expanded on this a lot)
