I know a good company looking to hire an asset manager with 3-5 years of experience working with LIHTC, etc. Should be good with both the transactional side of dealmaking as well as the more traditional asset management work involving reporting, monitoring, reviewing, risk rating, etc. Should have experience working for a direct investor, syndicator, or developer.
