Am I cooked for Summer 2025?

Hello everyone,

I am a sophomore (F, diversity) at a non-target. I interned at a Big 4 in my Freshman Summer and currently hold an exec position for a women's networking club on campus. I'm also very involved in multiple finance clubs in and outside of school.

I have applied to over 40 S&T, WM, and ER internships for Summer 2025 (not interested in IB). I've had 2 first rounds at a bank in which I had a referral vouching for me but it didn't end up working out. I've just been completing HireVues and assessments since Jan/Feb and it is already late April and I haven't heard back from anyone else.

I am continuously messaging people and setting up calls with professionals at numerous banks, in hopes that my name stands out to recruiters. Am I cooked? Would anyone be able to help me out or perhaps give me some advice? Thank you!!
