Am I screwed?

Rising junior here, at a non target with a 3.1 and hoping to improve. I have the polished resume and have been accepted into my school's investment fund. I have only gotten some asset manager applications out so far as I have had a rough year. Am I too late to break into banking? Is there any hope that through networking I might be able to break into S&T or Equity Research? I have a polished resume and solid experience but I worry that being behind may do me in. Any advice is greatly appreciated, TIA.
