Hey, also a diversity candidate here. I'm not completely sure, but I think you might've missed diversity recruiting for quite a few firms. From what I know, most of the EBs and a handful of the BBs are completely done with diversity recruiting

I honestly don't know, sorry. I can list the firms I know are done (at least at my school) if that helps lol

You might be late for diversity specific recruitment. HOWEVER, banks are still going to be looking to add more diversity in the fall. It will only help you to be “diversity”. Just stay on top of networking / grades so you can line up interviews in the fall.
